I received a complaint from one of our customers regarding the hotel she booked. She stated the area the hotel was situated in was horrible and that she was not happy they had gone there with their children. She described the place as being full of sex-shops, people taking drugs (in the hotel) and prostitutes.

Well, I would say I experienced similar things when I was in Amsterdam...
